Performing, Sharing, Rating and Reviewing TriadXP Workouts

 

Performing Workouts

Use the Perform function to perform any TriadXP Workout you downloaded from TriadXP.com to your Programs Library.

  1. Select the specific Workout within a Program from the Download Library.


  2. The Workout will appear in the Workout Details Screen. You can scroll to the Workout Details Screen to review the workout routine and details.

  3. When you are ready to perform your Workout, tap the Perform Workout button.

  4. The Get Ready Screen will appear. Tap the Start Workout button and your guided workout session will begin 10 seconds.

  5. Features with Perform include:

    1. Cancel a Workout

      1. Tap the Cancel button in the top left corner of the Perform Screen to cancel a Workout at any time.

      2. Select Yes to cancel the Workout, or No to resume the Workout.

    2. Advance to next Exercise.

      1. Press with slightly long hold the Next button at the bottom of the Perform Screen to advance from the current Exercise to the next Exercise in the Exercise Routine.

    3. Pause/Resume an Exercise

      1. Tap the Pause button at the bottom of the Perform Screen to pause an exercise at any time. Tap it again to Resume.

    4. Recording Exercise Results

      1. Track Reps on

        1. At the end of the exercise time period, the Rep Keypad will appear.

        2. Tap the number keys to enter the number of reps you performed in the display panel then tap Enter to record the entry and advance to the next Exercise or to the Resistance Keypad if you are also tracking resistance.

        3. If Targeted Reps were prescribed, then the Target Rep number will appear in the display panel. Tap Enter to accept the Target Reps and advance to the next Exercise or to the resistance Keypad if you are also tracking resistance. Or, tap the number keys to adjust the number of reps you performed then tap Enter to record the entry and advance to the next Exercise or to the Resistance Keypad if you are also tracking resistance.

      2. Track Resistance on.

        1. At the end of the exercise time period, either the Weight Resistance Keypad or Band Resistance Selector will appear depending on the type of resistance prescribed.

        2. For Weight Resistance:

          1. Tap the number keys to enter the Resistance Weight in the display panel then tap Enter to record the entry and advance to the next Exercise.

          2. If a Weight Resistance was prescribed, the weight will appear in the display panel, tap Enter to record the entry and advance to the next Exercise, or Tap the number keys to enter the Resistance Weight in the display panel then tap Enter to record the entry and advance to the next Exercise.

        3. For Resistance Bands:

          1. Tap the color from the Band Selector to enter the color of the Resistance Band used in the display panel then tap Enter to record the entry and advance to the next Exercise.

          2. If a Resistance Band was prescribed, the band color will appear in the display panel, tap Enter to record the entry and advance to the next Exercise, or Tap the color from the Band Selector to enter the color of the Resistance Band used in the display panel then tap Enter to record the entry and advance to the next Exercise.

      3. Track Distance on

        1. When a distance-based exercise appears, a GPS Tracking button is displayed. When the GPS Tracking button is on, TriadXP will use your device to automatically track your distance. If you are using a machine to perform your exercise, turn GPS Tracking off and you’ll be able enter your distance manually when the exercise is complete.

Sharing Results

If you’d like, there are two ways to share the results of your TriadXP Workouts.

  1. Share result via email.

    1. At the end of a workout, a Workout Summary Screen appears or you may access a Workout Summary by going to your Workout Log and selecting a workout to share.

    2. In the bottom right corner, select the Email icon, and you’ll be taken to your email app and a blank email with your performance results in the body of the email will appear.

    3. Add any notes to the email, compete the address information, and send.

  2. Share result via social media.

    1. At the end of a workout, a Workout Summary Screen appears or you may access a Workout Summary by going to your Workout Log and selecting a workout to share.

    2. In the bottom left corner, select the Share icon, and a menu of your available social media apps appears.

    3. Select the method you want to use and post your workout results accordingly.

Rating and Reviewing Workouts or Programs

Your ratings and reviews help us control content quality and create “celebrates” within our community. If you’d like to rate or review a Workout or Program. use one of the following:

  1. Go to TriadXP.com and rate or review the workout or program you’re performing. Be sure to follow our community guidelines when you do.

  2. From the Summary Workout Screen, tap on the Review button to go the TriadXP.com. Then, rate or review the workout or program you’re performing. Be sure to follow our community guidelines when you do.
